  • At this time, (415)722-2670 Hayward Tools ships merchandise to locations within the United States. There will be an additional $50 for items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. There will be an additional $60 for items shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. (415)722-2670 Hayward Tools do not ship to international locations except Canada ($60 surcharge). The customer is responsible for any additional fees, such as brokerage and custom fees. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after the item have been shipped out from out facility. If you would like to fully insure your package, please purchase shipping insurance at checkout. There will be an additional $5.00 fee.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). (415)722-2670 Hayward Tools reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please contact customer service within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost including the return of orginal item AND replacement items. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK AND RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER DATE.
