We are not Occidental Mfg. We are an authorized distributor for Occidental Leather products, and one of the first few distributors to offer their merchandise online over 11 years ago. We have carried genuine Occidental Leather tool bags, tool belts, and tool accessories since 1982. Our business can be confirmed on the manufacturer's website or simply calling Occidental Mfg themselves. We offer lower pricing for the exact same product PLUS free items. Additional discounts may be available with the coupon codes offered. We carry Occidental Leather products along with other brands for your convenience.
- Products must be returned in the same NEW, UNUSED condition it was sent to you in. All tags must be intact and products must be free of scratches. No exceptions.
- Products must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date
- There will be a restocking fee deducted (20% or the actual cost of shipping cost we paid to ship out your package)
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back.
- If you would like to make an exchange, customers are responsible for the ACTUAL cost of shipping out the replacement package. Otherwise, return the product and create a new order for the new item you want.
- Products are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been used. They must be returned new, unused, and with the tags intact. No exceptions.

- Write down the size that you prefer on the copy of the invoice found in your package
- Include a check for $11.00 made out to Hayward Tools. This is for the cost of shipping out the replacement belt
- Belt Liners 5005 and Hip Padding 5006 and winter clothing requires 1-2" extra belt length
- Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the purchase date
- Belts must be returned in the same NEW condition it was shipped to you in. No exception.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the original belt. We will ship out the replacement belt the same day we receive the original belt back through USPS priority mail.
You can enter the coupon code at checkout. Free Items offered DO NOT have to be added in the shopping cart. They will be shipped with your package when the code is applied. Limit one code per order.
- We ship through UPS ground. If you would like your package shipped faster, please contact us and we can quote you a price for expedited shipping.
- We ship through USPS priority mail for single belts or small accessories.
- A shipping surcharge will be applied to international packages ($133) and packages shipped to Canada ($60), Hawaii ($50) and Alaska ($50) due to the high cost of shipping, insurance, and other fees. The customer is responsible for any additional custom fees.
- We ship out same day or the next business day if the items are in stock. Back ordered items will ship out separately when they become available.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
